All About Us
The Centre for Global Citizenship Studies has formalised the educational aspect of volunteering and provides an education that can run alongside an international project or work experience. All our students departing on a long-term placement overseas will have the opportunity to gain a qualification alongside their experience.
The achievement of the qualification demonstrates the development of skills that will support students to gain employment and is considered by Universities, employers and most interested parties as providing participants with valuable skills and experience that will help them succeed in life.
