A bespoke, managed service for schools and networks. CGCS acts as your single point of accountability to plan, procure, and quality-assure service learning—international or domestic, short or long, CAS trips or bespoke research—using your current providers or our global network.
What is it all about?
Imagine one accountable partner who designs, sources, and quality-assures all your service learning—across any provider, any country, any curriculum. Many schools now have staff coordinating trips and CAS; the Incubator adds a UK- and US-registered learning centre alongside your team to make those experiences educationally robust, safe, and easy to evidence.
You already run (or want to run) powerful programmes. The reality can be messy: too many vendors, variable quality, unclear learning outcomes, and last-minute scrambles to prove impact to parents, governors, and inspectors. Providers pitch you daily; without deep market insight it’s hard to compare like-for-like.
CGCS has spent years inside this ecosystem—working with a wide network of service-learning organisations—so we know who delivers and how to align it to what schools need. School leaders asked us to “own the whole thing.” Not as another tour operator, but as an academic partner that coordinates providers, maps learning to your curriculum, and runs end-to-end QA and reporting. What you get at a glance
How we plug into your school
If you love your current trips, we layer in CGCS quality assurance and (optionally) accreditation and secondary certification. If you’re building from scratch, we co-design country, theme, and research pathways around your curriculum. Most partners choose a hybrid: keep what works, upgrade what doesn’t, and pilot a few high-impact builds. We can work quietly in the background or be fully visible with staff, parents, and students.
From there the cycle is simple: we agree goals and cohorts; benchmark and appoint providers; prepare students through asynchronous modules, live online sessions, or on-campus workshops; validate hours, evidence, and safeguarding in country; guide reflection and portfolios; then moderate and issue the recognition you chose while delivering dashboards and inspection evidence. Finally, we review and refine for the next cohort.
